We are a team of like-minded individuals who came together in 2019 to develop properties in Folkestone.
Our goal is to offer high standard, boutique serviced accommodation in Folkestone to guests on a short, medium or long-term basis.
In spite of the challenges of Covid-19 we have achieved this and now have an impressive portfolio of properties to offer our clients.
Our own property portfolio is extensive and we are open to all kind of property investment opportunities.
We are also very keen to support property owners and investors who are struggling to sale or let their properties and need an injection of new energy, whether with major renovations or just a bit of a facelift!
We have a consultative style and to date no two projects have been the same.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 1987, Denise practised for over 30 years in Criminal and Civil Advocacy before moving into commercial contract law.

Construction Director
With over 40 years of management and trade skills gained within the construction industry, Paul heads up our Property Development and Maintenance division.
Jack Negus
Site Manager
Jack works closely with Paul developing and maintaining our own portfolio of properties as well as refurbishing clients’ homes for rental or sale.
Alice Eurlings
Housekeeping Manager
Alice ensures our Serviced Accommodation Properties are cleaned and stocked to the very highest standard and keeps up our 10/10 cleanliness rating online.
