Several property professionals had looked at one plot in the West End of Folkestone and decided that it wasn’t feasible to build on. However, we love a challenge and persevered, and worked alongside architects and the council to build four houses, all with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
In another old building, the general consensus was that it would only convert into three flats plus a shop. With some innovative and creative thinking we were able to convert it into one shop and four flats.
