The location was great - an easy walk to the train station, town or beach with some nice spots to eat or drink nearby. This was a compact but well put together basement flat with everything you could need for a weekend away. The kitchen was modern and well equipped and sofa was comfortable. The bedroom, while not spacious, was comfy. A note for light sleepers that this is the basement of a block of flats, so there is a fair amount of noise from people moving about upstairs.

The apartment is beautiful: outstanding kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Nice bed with crisp sheets. Really appreciated the hamper when we got there. The Blue Bridge office is right next to the apartment which was great for questions etc. Excellent value for money and the staff can't do enough for you. I'd love to come back one day. Tip: have dinner at the Turkish Cuisine restaurant around the corner!

A nice apartment and it was just what we needed for our trip to Folkestone. Everything in the apartment was exactly as described. It was a very relaxing environment in the apartment. My only small negative is that the bedroom is underneath the hallway into the building so there's quite a lot of noise from people walking if they come in late (which unfortunately did happen when we were there). We are used to a very quiet house so this possibly wouldn't affect other people.

What a great place to stay. Me and my daughter appreciated the extra goodies left for us to make our first day comfortable. Great communication before we arrived and during our stay. Wonderful small apartment. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine. Comfortable large bed. Sitting are with large TV. Outside patio. Well suited for longer stays. Close to restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the Central Station. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you for a lovely stay - great accommodation in a central location, the beach is within reasonable distance and check in was very straight forward. It was clean and there was a lot of attention to detail, with toiletries, towels and snacks provided. The host was very helpful and communication was great. There are other apartments in the building and noise was a bit of an issue for us. There are clear house rules in place to manage this, and the host was very attentive in their response to this so it wouldn’t prevent us from staying again but is something to bare in mind for sensitive sleepers.

We had such a lovely stay and the little touches in the flat were so thoughtful and sweet! The attention to detail was great and pretty much everything was thought of, the kitchen had all the equipment we could need and the space was really clean. The flat is down a staircase so wouldn't be good for wheelchair users etc. The walk into town along the sea was lovely, and there were nice places nearby to eat and drink! The Bouverie Tap and Massimo's La Casa de Bellogelato were definitely worth a visit! Overall a lovely stay and we'd be more han happy to stay here again in the future.

Lovely apartment, perfect for a weekend away. Really spacious lounge/kitchen area, comfortable bed and well equipped. It's a couple of minutes walk to the sea front, around five minutes into (the main bit of) town, across the road from a Tesco express, and on the same road as many nice restaurants and pubs (though not noisy!). Recommended.

Place was clean and comfortable, with snacks/cereal/tea/milk provided. The location was very good for walking into Folkestone town or to the Leas/seafront. It was a bit noisy out front at night but out back (where the bedroom is) was quiet.

This flat is spacious, nicely decorated and the location is perfect. It is fully equipped and close to restaurants and the Leas Cliff hall. There is a supermarket right opposite the flat. I enjoyed my stay there and I would recommend it.

Our stay at Christine's accommodation was amazing. We had booked to stay for a weekend but, due to the train strikes, we had to extend our stay to the Thursday. They were really accomodating, and we were able to stay in the ground flat on the Thursday night and move to the first floor flat on the Friday. The flat itself is very well designed and a lovely place to stay. We had a great time in Folkestone. We did the park run by the coast (which is just three minutes from the flat), walked to Hythe and enjoyed food and drink in local cafes and restaurants.

We had great communication with the hosts who really looked after us - due to a last minute problem with the property, the hosts called us for a chat, arranged for us to stay in another of their properties and made us feel really welcome and looked after. The property we stayed in near the harbour was really nicely decorated, spotless, and the extra touches were really thoughtful.

For anybody that is looking for a perfect place to stay in Folkestone, this is the place for you! The pictures on Airbnb don’t even do this flat justice. The flat is very spacious, meticulously clean, and very well equipped. The Location is a short walk to the center of town as well as the beach. The check in process was smooth and easy, no issues at all. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Easy to find, no issues with checkin or checkout . The apartment itself is lovely and morden, clean and with all the amenities you will need for your stay. The location is prefect, right on the Lees but yet close enough to walk into the town and harbour. Christine was a great host, her communications were very detailed and received ahead of our stay. Great location and lovely place to stay. We were so pleased with how clean and tidy the place was and how easy it was to walk into the town and to the Harbour Arm, really close to the creative quarter as well. Lots of nice amenities and touches to the place as well as a thorough guide which made everything user friendly and an enjoyable experience all around. As others have said the bedrooms are on the small side but that’s fine as it’s clear and expected from the photos and certainly didn’t detract from the overall experience. We certainly recommend this place to anyone.

Great little house very well located for sunny sands beach, the harbour and lots of restaurants. The house was slightly smaller than we thought looking at the pictures but since we were only 3 of us it was sufficient. We didn’t use the garden as we were out of the house most of the time. Hosts were responsive and we had a good stay.

Only thing to be aware of is that the sofa bed is very uncomfortable, so the third bedroom isn't really usable as a bedroom (maybe it would be OK for a small child). Overall, though, the house was nice.

Great place to stay for our English Channel relay swim. Walkable to the beaches for our training and host provided plenty of taxi options and phone numbers for rides to Dover. Amazing kitchen for cooking and even hosting dinner for team. Will definitely come back and stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. It was exactly like the pictures and extremely clean and the beds were very comfy! We stayed as a family with a 3 year old and 6 month old plenty of room and our 3 year old loved the bunk bed. The only thing i would say is that the garden although lovely is only accesible by very steep concrete stairs so isnt kid friendly but we didnt mind as we were out alot and you are so close to the beach.

This was a great location for getting to Sunny Sands, Harbour Arm, and the Creative Quarter by foot. It was well appointed for our family with young children (the baby toys were a hit!). Having some buyable snacks and drinks on hand was a nice touch. Quiet street and neighbors. We would stay there again!

Had a really lovely short stay in Folkestone. The house is a very short walk from the harbour, the beaches, the town centre and the beautiful cobbled streets of the Creative Quarter. Found some amazing vegan food and lots of nice little shops to browse in. Also enjoyed some (very blustery!) walks on the cliffs and down the Harbour Arm. The house itself was very stylishly decorated with really comfortable rooms and a lovely kitchen-diner. The garden looked great as well although not heavily used as we were there in December.

We had such a relaxing stay here! We wanted to visit Folkestone for a mini stay-cation for our anniversary and this place was perfect. Walking distance from the beach, harbour, grocery stores, town centre and places to eat out. The check-in was smooth sailing as the instructions were perfect. A couple of nags that I have (although not a massive deal and didn’t ruin the quality of our stay) that are worth saying: there was no cleaning spray to wipe down the sides after cooking etc, the instructions for heating in the manual is not accurate for this flat as it has under floor heating and the noise from the flats above is quite loud but this is expected. Overall, would stay again! 🙂
